Grilled Pineapple Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups grilled pineapple, chopped
    1 roasted red pepper, chopped
    1 roasted medium jalapeno, diced
    1 small red onion, diced
    1 tablespoon minced garlic
    1 tablespoon minced ginger
    1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and let sit 2 or 3 hours.
