Korean Bulgogi Marinated Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs steak
    1 onion, rough chopped
    2 tablespoons sesame oil
    2 tablespoons cooking sherry
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1/3 cup soy sauce
    3 garlic cloves
    1 teaspoon ginger
    1 teaspoon ground pepper
Preparation
    Mince garlic & mix all ingredients with the steak strips.
    Let marinate for 2 hours refrigerated or overnight.
    Pan fry or grill steaks until done.
