Low Carb Kahlua - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 cups water
3 cups sugar substitute (like Splenda)
3 tablespoons instant coffee crystals
1 teaspoon vanilla
750 ml vodka
Preparation

In a large pitcher or measuring cup combine water, sugar substitute, coffee crystals, and vanilla. Stir until all dry ingredients are completely dissolved.
Pour through funnel into a 1.5 - 2 liter bottle (I use an empty wine bottle; just be sure to save the cork, or use a screw-top bottle). Add the entire bottle of vodka. Cork, then shake well.
You can drink it immediately, but it gets better if you can stand to let the flavors marry overnight.
