Dhansak Spice Paste - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions, chopped
    6 large garlic cloves
    2 inches ginger, peeled and chopped
    4 red chilies, deseeded
    1 tablespoon ground coriander
    1 tablespoon cumin seed
    2 teaspoons turmeric
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    2 tablespoons hot water
Preparation
    Place everything in a food processor and process to a rough paste.
    to store, spoon into an airtight jar, cover with a thin layer of oil and store for upto one week in the fridge.
