Yucca Al Ajillo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs yucca root
    3 garlic heads
    8 ounces canola oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook Yuca in boiling water along with 10 carlic cloves and salt.
    Drain excess water.
    In blender, mix oil and remaining garlic. Pour over cooked Yuca.
    Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
    Serve warm with Seafood, poultry or steaks.
