Zucchini Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    3 eggs
    2 small zucchini
Preparation
    Slice zucchini into fries.
    Blend cornflakes in blender or food processor until you have 1/2 cup of fine crumbs. Add Parmesan, salt and pepper to and blend until well mixed. Do not melt cheese! Place crumb mixture into a shallow bowl.
    Beat eggs in separate shallow bowl.
    Batter fries by dipping in beaten eggs, then into crumb mixture in a separate bow.
    Place fries on foil lined baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes. Flip once halfway through baking time.
