Chinese Five-Spice Turkey Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
    2 teaspoons Chinese five spice powder
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
    2 scallions, chopped
    3 tablespoons soy sauce
Preparation
    Heat a non-stick skillet over medium high heat.
    In a medium bowl combine the meat with the seasonings, scallions and soy sauce. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
    Score the meat into quarters and form 4, 1 inch thick patties.
    Cook the burgers for 6 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through.
