Apple Nut Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 3/4 cups sugar
    1 cup canola oil
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 cups flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    4 apples, peeled and sliced
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in order given in a large mixing bowl then fold in apples and nuts.
    Spread in a 9 X 13\" pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
