Fresh Garden Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cups cabbage, finely shredded
    4 carrots, shredded
    4 green onions, sliced thinly
    1/2 green pepper, sliced thinly
    1 cucumber, chopped (use 2 pickling cucumbers, if available)
    1/2 cup radish, thinly sliced
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    3 tablespoons sugar
    3/4 cup canola oil
    3/4 cup vinegar
    Optional
    1 tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
    Prepare vegetables and chill well.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix lightly.
    Top with tomato (if available).
    Cooking time is chill time.
