Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup butter, softened,no subs
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon almond extract
    2 1/3 cups flour
Preparation
    Cream butter; gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
    Beat in egg and almond ext.
    Gradually blend in flour.
    Roll out on floured surface; cut with cookie cutters.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake at 350* for 8 minutes.
    Remove at once to wire rack.
