2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
6 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation

In a deep bowl, whisk together vinegar, mustard, lemon juice, tarragon salt and pepper. Drizzle in olive oil and whisk thoroughly to blend.
Taste and adjust seasonings.
