Blonde Margarita - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ounces light cream or 2 ounces half-and-half
    1 ounce tequila
    1 ounce vanilla Schnapps
    1 ounce simple syrup (made with 1 part sugar and 1 part water)
    vanilla bean, for garnish
Preparation
    For sugar rim-wit the rim of a chilled glass in simple syrup and dip into superfine sugar several times to ensure coverage.
    Combine the cream, tequila, vanilla schnapps, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice; shake vigorously.
    Strain into a chilled cocktail glass; garnish with vanilla bean.
