Deceptively Delicious Mac & Cheese (With My Twist) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup canned chick-peas, drained and rinsed
    1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1 pinch cayenne
Preparation
    Puree milk and beans together in a blender or food processor.
    Add to a greased pot.
    Cook 1-2 minutes over medium heat until mixture is creamy.
    Add cheese and cook until melted and sauce has slightly thickened.
    Add spices.
    Stir until combined.
    Serve over your favorite pasta.
