Cornish Game Hens With Raspberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole Cornish hens
    1 teaspoon cumin
    1/4 teaspoon oregano
    1/4 teaspoon thyme
    1 teaspoon pepper
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 cup raspberries
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 cup water
Preparation
    Season hens by rubbing mixture of spices on skin.
    Roast on rack in pan at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
    Combine raspberries, soy sauce and garlic powder to baste hens.
    Add water to pan; cover with foil.
    Bake for 45 minutes to one hour more. Drain liquid.
    Reduce juices; baste again before serving.
