Healthy Buttermilk Fruit Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup buttermilk
    1/2 cup sliced fruit (choose your favourite)
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 ice cubes
    1 -2 teaspoon sugar (or artificial sweetener to taste)
Preparation
    Blend the first four ingredients until smooth.
    Sweeten to taste.
