Coconut Macadamia Nut Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup butter, softened
    3/4 cup light brown sugar
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tablespoon vanilla
    3 cups flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 cups shredded coconut
    1 1/2 cups chopped toasted macadamia nuts
Preparation
    Beat together butter, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
    Beat in flour, baking soda, and salt until a stiff dough forms.
    Stir in coconut and macadamia nuts.
    Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto parchment-lined cookie sheets.
    Bake at 375 degrees for10 minutes.
