Chicken Wings - Medium - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs chicken wings
1/4 cup butter
2 ounces frank's hot sauce
Preparation

Deep fry wings at 190 for 15 minutes.
Melt butter in 6-8 cup container with lid, then add the Frank's.
Drain wings on paper towels, then transfer into butter mixture, lid, and shake until well coated.
It's that easy!
