Vegetable Jhalfrazie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups mixed vegetables, boiled
    2 onions
    3 spring onions
    2 tomatoes
    4 green chilies
    1/2 inch piece ginger
    1 tablespoon coriander
    1/2 cup ketchup
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    1 teaspoon sugar
    3 tablespoons ghee or 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preparation
    Chop onions, tomatoes, green chillies ginger and coriander.
    Heat ghee and fry onions until golden. Add tomatoes, chillies and ginger and fry at least two minutes.
    Add ketchup, vegetables, spring onions, chilli powder, sugar and salt to taste.
    Cook 5 - 10 minutes and serve hot.
