Sayadia Fish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb fish fillet, cut into large chunks
    3 tablespoons butter
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon cumin
    1/2 cup pine nuts
    1 cup rice
    1 teaspoon turmeric
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 cups water
Preparation
    sprinkle cumin on fish.
    saute fish in butter until brown
    take out brown onions and lastly pine nuts watch them they burn.

    then fish then rice repeat pour over salted water cover
    bake 350 oven for 1 hour or until rice is cooked uncover last 15 minutes.
