Homemade Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1/3 cup skim milk
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F
    Grease and flour a 9x5 bread pan.
    Mix together Pumpkin, Eggs, Oil, Milk and Sugar until well blended.
    Whisk together Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Salt, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Pumpkin Pie Spice in a separate bowl.
    Stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture.
    Pour into bread pans.
    Bake for 45-55 minutes. Bread is done when inserted toothpick comes out clean.
