Refined Sugar Free Breakfast Cookies (Gf, Df, Egg Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
    1/3 cup applesauce
    2 cups oats
    1/4 cup flax seed meal or 1/4 cup chia seed meal
    1/4 cup almond milk or 1/4 cup coconut milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 tablespoon powdered maca
    1 tablespoon grassfed beef gelatin powder
    1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (mini work great)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 F.
    Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients in two separate bowls. Add the dry to the wet and mix well.
    Place by 1/4 cupfuls on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
    Bake for 15-20 minutes. Will be moist, but not fall apart or too soft. Let cool on baking rack. Keep in covered container in fridge.
