Berry Peanut Butter Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc.)
    4 ounces low-fat blueberry yogurt
    1 tablespoon peanut butter
    1/4 cup skim milk
    1/4 cup orange juice
Preparation
    Add all ingredients in a blender.
    Blend until smooth.
    For a thicker drink add 2-3 ice cubes.
    Enjoy!
