Citrus Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 kg new potato, washed
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 lemon, juice and zest of
    1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes, whole, for 15-20 minutes until tender.
    Drain and toss with olive oil, the grated zest and juice of a lemon.
    Season with salt. Serve hot.
