Baked Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 count ore-ida frozen O'Brien potatoes
    1 sweet onion, diced
    1 (8 ounce) can cream of celery soup
    1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
    1 (16 ounce) sour cream
    1 (8 ounce) bag shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place all ingredients into a 9x13 baking pan.
    Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
    *if desired, top of mixture with a thin layer of additional shredded cheese.
    bake UNCOVERED at 350 for 90 minutes.
    Serve with a dab of sour cream on top and a sprinkle of chili powder or cayenne for a kick.
