Sesame Soy Dressing With An Italian Twist - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup carrot
    1/3 cup apple, peeled
    1/3 cup onion
    1 garlic clove
    1 egg yolk (can substitute 1 Tbsp mayo)
    2 tablespoons ground toasted sesame (surigoma, could prob sub tahini)
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 dash white pepper
    1 1/2 teaspoons anchovy paste
    1/3 cup soy sauce
    2/3 cup olive oil
Preparation
    Coarsely chop carrot, apple, onion, and garlic.
    Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth.
