Susan'S Cranberry Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large green apples, peeled & sliced 1/2-inch thick
    1 cup cranberries (fresh or frozen)
    Topping
    3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 cup oats
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/3 cup butter, softened
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375; butter a square baking pan or casserole dish.
    Place apple slices in pan, sprinkle with berries.
    Mix topping ingredients; sprinkle over fruits.
    Bake 30 minutes; serve warm with ice cream or serve cold with whipped cream.
