Whole Grain Pilaf With Grain Berries And Groats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup wheat berries (mixed with rye berries, ground flax seeds, brown rice, millet, oat groats, and or or quinoa)
    3 cups water
    1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Place clean grain into 3 cups of boiling water.
    add salt.
    simmer on low heat covered for 1 hour for a soft, chewy pilaf.
