Bread Machine Peanut Butter & Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (1/4 ounce) package yeast
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup wheat flour
3 tablespoons gluten
2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon salt
1 large banana
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 cup water, very warm

Preparation

Add all ingredients into pan in the order listed.
Select white bread setting and press \"Start\".
