Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 ounces cream cheese, softened
    1 cup creamy peanut butter
    3 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
    16 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
    9 inches chocolate crumb crusts
    1/3 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
    To make a homemade chocolate crumb crust
    1 1/4 cups chocolate crumb wafers (about 20 chocolate wafers)
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup butter, melted
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, and confectioners' sugar until smooth.
    Fold in whipped topping.
    Spread into crust.
    Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
    To make a homemade chocolate crumb crust:
    Combine chocolate wafers, sugar, and melted butter and blend well. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9 inch pie plate. Chill 30 minutes before filling.
