Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    350 g chicken breasts, cubed 25mm
    i medium onion, finely chopped
    6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1/2 cob sweet corn, blanched
    300 g condensed chicken soup
    1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    salt & freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Season the chicken and set aside.
    Heat the oil and fry the onions and garlic for about 4 minutes until translucent.
    Add the chicken and stir fry until cooked through.
    Add the chicken soup, plus 1/2 can of water, the Worcestershire sauce and mix thoroughly.
    Add the sweet corn kernels and seasoning, mix, bring to the boil and simmer on a low heat for about 5 minutes.
    Serve with white rice.
