Lady Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon orange rind
    1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
    2/3 cup cake flour
    1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients beat until smooth.
    Use a piping bag to pipe 1/4 inch fingers on a baking sheet.
    Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minute Let cool.
