Tempered Rice With Coriander Leaves - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups left-over cooked rice
2 tablespoons oil
1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/4 teaspoon cumin seed
7 -8 curry leaves
2 green chilies
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
salt
1/2 cup coriander leaves
2 tablespoons peanuts
Preparation

De-stem the green chillies.
Chop finely.
Chop corriander leaves finely as well.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves.
Add chopped green chillies, turmeric powder and peanuts.
Saute well.
Add rice.
Season and miz well.
Serve hot garnished with chopped corriander leaves.
