Chicken Casadillas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

18 ounces chicken
6 tortillas
2 cups of grated mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon canola oil
Preparation

Cook chicken to your preference and tear into small pieces.
Place about 3 oz of chicken in with about 1/3 cup of grated cheese onto one side of a tortilla.
Add canola oil to frying pan on medium heat.
Add one quesadilla and monitor to see if bottom is browned in some places, than flip over and repeat with all tortillas.
