Lime Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup fresh lime juice
2 limes, zest of
1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup sugar

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan.
Boil to make a reduction.
Let cool to room temperature.
Serve over pound cake or fruit.
