Kimmy'S Low Calorie Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/4 cup margarine
    3 tablespoons egg whites
    1 cup pumpkin
    1/3 cup water
    1/4 cup sugar substitute
Preparation
    In one bowl, cream the water, margarine, egg and sugar.
    Combine all of the dry ingredients and mix with the wet ingredients.
    Add the pumpkin.
    Spoon mixture into muffins cups.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
