Old Wessex Oat Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 cups oat bran
1/2 cup raisins
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients and mix well.
Whisk remaining (wet) ingredients together.
Add wet to dry ingredients and stir until moistened.
Divide batter between 12 sprayed muffin cups and bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and test done.
