Sweet 'N' Sour Sausage-Crock Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb kielbasa or 1 lb Polish sausage, sliced
    1 (20 ounce) can unsweetened pineapple chunks, undrained
    1 1/2 cups baby carrots, quartered lengthwise
    1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 medium onion, cut into chunks
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon granule
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    1/4 cup cold water
    hot cooked rice or chow mein noodles
Preparation
    In a slow cooker, combine the first 10 ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours. In a small bowl, combine the cornstarch and water until smooth. Pour into crock, turn on high for about 30 mins or till desired thickness. Serve over rice or noodles.
