Moroccan Dry Rub - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 teaspoons black pepper
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    2 teaspoons garlic cloves, minced
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 teaspoon ground coriander
    1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
    1 teaspoon ground ginger
    1 tablespoon lemon zest
    1 tablespoon sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Rub into the meat of your choice before roasting, broiling or grilling.
