Ingredients

1 cup crushed ice
3/4 cup very strong coffee, chilled
1/2 cup nonfat milk
2 tablespoons granular sugar substitute
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup (south beach diet approved)
2 tablespoons whipped topping (south beach diet approved)
Preparation

Add ice, coffee, milk, sugar substitute, and syrup to a blender.
Blend on high speed until mixture is smooth and ice is incorporated.
Pour into tall glasses and garnish with whipped topping.
Serve immediately.
