Chinese Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    4 tablespoons butter
    2 chopped onions
    1 cup chopped celery
    4 tablespoons flour
    3 cups milk (soy, rice or dairy)
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    salt and pepper
    3/4 cup uncooked rice
    2 cups bean sprouts
Preparation
    fry the beef
    To make a white sauce:.
    Fry onion and celery in butter.
    Add flour.
    Add milk and soy sauce.
    Stir continuously 'til boiling and thickened.
    In an oven proof dish, mix the beef, white sauce, rice, and bean sprouts.
    Bake covered 1/2 hr.
    Bake uncovered 1/2 hr.
    Add chinese noodles to the top to back for the second half if desired.
