2 1/2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup almonds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons cinnamon
2 eggs
1 cup nonfat milk
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
Chop almonds and walnuts to desired size.
Mix dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, then mix in milk and eggs.
Pour ingredients into an oiled 11x7-inch baking pan.
Bake for 25 minutes.
