Pesach Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 eggs, separated
    1 cup mashed banana
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 cup sugar
    3/4 cup potato flour
Preparation
    Beat the egg yolks.
    Add the sugar and salt slowly, beating constantly, until lemon colored.
    Add the banana and potato flour while beating.
    Beat the egg whites until stiff, and slowly fold into the banana mixture.
    Bake in a tube pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
