Passover Peach And Pineapple Farfel Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups farfel
    6 eggs
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup margarine, melted
    1 (16 ounce) can peaches, chopped (save juice)
    1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple (save juice)
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Place farfel in large bowl and pour 1 cup of boiling juices, that were saved, over farfel, drain and cool.
    Beat eggs. Add sugar and margarine. Beat again.
    Add egg mixture to farfel.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix.
    Pour mixture into a greased 7 X 11 inch baking pan.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until golden brown.
