Onions In Herbs And Wine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
4 yellow onions, peeled and sliced
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/2 cup dry white wine
salt and pepper
Preparation

Heat a large frying pan and add the oil and garlic, along with the onions.
Saute until the just begin to brown. Add the herbs and the wine and simmer until the onions are very tender, about 10 minutes.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with meats or fish.
