Fluffy Peach Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 ounce) can peaches in light syrup
1/4 cup sugar (can use 1/2 cup sugar and omit other sweetener)
1/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute (can use all Splenda and omit the sugar)
1 (3 ounce) box sugar-free peach gelatin mix
1 (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) carton Cool Whip Lite
Preparation

drain peaches, reserve the juice. Chop the peaches into large chunks.
combine peach juice with sugar and Splenda mixture, bring to boil.
Stir in the jello, mix, then stir in cream cheese.
Fold in whipped topping and chopped peaches.
Refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
