Flat Iron Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces flat iron steaks
    3 ounces extra virgin olive oil
    2 fresh garlic cloves
    2 tablespoons steak seasoning
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    crush fresh garlic cloves.
    rub into both sides of the steak --.
    drizzle both sides of the steak with olive oil.
    apply dry steak seasoning rub --.
    tightly wrap the steak in plastic food service wrap.
    store in cooler for 3-4 days --.
    let steak reach room temperature before grilling -- .
