Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 cups cooked chicken, cubed
4 cups celery, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups mayonnaise
2 cups sour cream
2 cans water chestnuts, drained
2 teaspoons chopped onions
1 cup pecan pieces
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can French-fried onions
Preparation

Mix all together except for cheese and french-fried onions.
Place in grased 9x13 pan.
Sprinkle with french-fried onions and cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
