1 1/4 cups canned chick-peas, drained
1 cup coarsely chopped tomatoes
3/4 cup hearts of palm, cut into 1 inch pieces
3/4 cup pitted black olives, halved
1/4 cup chopped scallion
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Dressing
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 small garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
