Whole Wheat Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups whole wheat flour
    4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 1/4 cups Splenda sugar substitute
    3 large eggs
    1/2 cup applesauce
    2 cups canned pumpkin
    2 cups cold milk
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon allspice
Preparation
    mix dry ingredients, add the rest and mix on medium speed until well blended.
    Pour into greased muffin cups.
    bake at 400 degrees 17-19 minutes until slightly browned.
