Super Easy Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup diced onion (fresh or frozen)
14 ounces reduced-sodium chicken broth
10 ounces cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 cups whole wheat egg noodles (uncooked)
1/2 cup light sour cream
pepper, to taste
Preparation

Brown the ground beef in a large skillet, and drain, if necessary.
Add onion, garlic and saute.
Add chicken broth, mustard and pepper.
Stir in cream of mushroom soup.
Add egg noodles.
Simmer for 10 minutes on medium/low heat, or until noodles are tender.
Stir in sour cream, serve and enjoy!
